Embroidery Namedrops:
     On Garments - Maximum number of characters is 28 (additional charge may be applied for exceeding)
     On Hats - Maximum number of characters is 20 (additional charge may be applied for exceeding)

Terms and Policies:
     A signed agreement for credit must accompany all opening orders. The signature must be that of a
     financially responsible owner or authorized corporate buyer. Additional information may be necessary.
     Standard terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment.
     F.O.B. Sandy, Utah.

     No re-orders will be processed on an account that is past due, including finance charges.
     1.5% per month finance charge is applicable on all past due amounts. These amounts include invoice,
     debit memo, attorney fees, etc.
     All orders are subject to cancellation by Sansegal® Sportswear without prior notice.
     Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Orders:
     Screenprint Minimum - 36 pieces per design, 12 pieces per style & color, youth & adult can't be combined .
     Tone on Tone Minimum - Screenprint 36 pieces per color.
     Embroidery Minimum - 36 pieces per design size, with 12 pieces per style & thread color.
     High End Garments Minimum - 24 pieces per design, with 12 pieces per style & thread color.
     Hat Minimum - 36 pieces per design, with 12 pieces per style & thread color.
     Tote Bag Minimum - 36 pieces per design, with 12 pieces per color (if applicable).
     Mug Minimum - 72 pieces, 36 each of two designs.
     ** When ordering 6 dozen mixed quantities, youth & adult sizes cannot be mixed.

Return Policies:
     No return will be allowed without prior authorization.
     All defective merchandise must be reported to the Sansegal® Sportswear customer service department
     for return authorization.
     All invoice discrepancies must be reported to Sansegal® Sportswear within 30 days of invoice date.
